Art & Soul 2025
I am exhibiting this month with two artist friends, Alistair Martin and Tiz Fairhurst at Becket’s Chapel in Wymondham where I had a solo show in 2023. We regularly paint together en plein air, many of which are shown here.
The exhibition is called Art & Soul and will run from Tuesday, 30th September to Sunday, 12th October. It is largely inspired by Norfolk. Alongside paintings there will be prints, drawings and greeting cards for sale.

Appletreewick Oil on board 24 × 18 inches (framed) Alistair Martin
Alistair Martin, after a long career in medicine as a local GP, was able to rekindle his interest in painting in retirement. He won a Daler Rowney art prize at the Patchings Festival in 2024 for a landscape of the Yorkshire Dales. This exhibition in Wymondham will be his third time exhibiting.
Not the Only Fruit Oil on board 6 × 8 inches Naomi Clements Wright
I studied Fine Art at Newcastle University and after a brief spell in journalism have been painting professionally ever since. I will be showing a selection of still life, figures, interiors and a couple of landscapes.
The Greenhouse Oil on board 24 × 18 inches (framed) Tiz Fairhurst
Tiz Fairhurst attended Kingston College of Art, and then pursued a career in advertising in London before returning to Norfolk to take over the Fairhurst Gallery in Norwich. He has been painting ever since, particularly his first love of landscapes.
